What I do
Twenty-five years inside high-performance environments taught me that most organizational problems are not strategy problems. The strategy is usually fine. What’s missing is coherence — between what’s decided and what’s understood, between what’s asked and what’s possible, between the people who hold the plan and the people who carry it
I work with founders, senior leaders, and partners — serving them personally, or leading their projects and organizations through trust and engagement
Where I’m most useful:
Transformation and organizational change — including mergers
Strategy definition and the operating rhythms that make it real
Stakeholder alignment across providers, employees, and clients
Team leadership built on clear communication and coherence
People and growth — retention, onboarding, and matching people’s presence to the opportunities in front of them
Process reengineering and standardization, where quality is the point rather than the paperwork

How I work
The same principle runs through the organizational work as the private work: change that’s imposed from the outside doesn’t hold. Change that comes from the inside out does
That means I’m not interested in a transformation your people have to be persuaded into. I’m interested in the one they can see the sense of, because they helped shape it
This is co-creation at organizational scale. It’s slower to start and considerably more durable
Let’s find out whether this is a fit
Tell me what you’re carrying. If I’m the right partner for it, I’ll say so. If I’m not, I’ll tell you that too — and usually I’ll know someone who is
