Sitting on my couch

Crossing my legs

Closing my eyes

Am ready to discover the Universe.

Looking into my inside

My crown opens up

I see dark and my thoughts poor in

I concentrate in looking inward

I get distracted but I feel my heart.

I continue looking inward

My mind travels

I let it go far away

No need for it here and now

My thoughts debilitate.

A sudden crack! An open throat!

Light joins the darkness

I see emptiness and infinity

My heart is heated up in warmth

Unlimited energy from my center to the outside.

Peace and immense love

Can stay here and now forever

Getting fuelled by the bounty of the Divine

My mind is back, but in awe with me

For the Power of Being that we are.

The Divine is always in us

To expand from the inside-out

For the new world we came to create

Through the completeness of our souls

And the togetherness of our beings.

I am back into my world

The couch and room I am sitting in

With the gratitude to know what I am

The infinite energy of love still with me

Knowing that we are vast and Divine.

Powerful as our souls

Since we are here for them to witness

Our expansion and completeness

With the power we have within

To manifest our Divinity.

Don’t ever let you be pushed down by anyone

You are amazing as you are!

Take courage and live your life

You are here to create and manifest

Believe in yourself as I do believe in you!

Love yourself before anyone else

There’s no one else than you

To live your own life with love and joy!

Create and expand your soul

For you to become complete with me and all.
