Become aware of your thoughts

Not all come from you

But from your ego that wants you to jump

Into the dramas of life.

When your head is upside down

When you heart tells you that your mind

Is not telling you the truth

Listen to your inner guidance

Rather than following the game of separation.

When you thoughts lead you to cry

Observe what they tell you

To discern from what is really true

For you to re-take control

To rejoin with your heart in truth.

When you feel you are upset

Take a step back and observe

From where the emotions arise

From your thoughts or from your heart

For you to decide if you play along or not.

The mind always tricks you

To believe in your thoughts

Your heart always loves you

For you to grow and expand

In freedom to be who you are.

Choose in observation

For which brings you love and joy

Explore and experience

For you to freely decide

For the limitless potential of your heart.
