Daring to Be: Grow yourself through Observation!

I am daring to be who I am and create what I love - to show you how you can do the same. Because society needs you!

Throughout practice and experience, I've learned (and am learning) to constantly observe: my inside and outside worlds.

Observation has shown me much about myself, it has taught me humbleness and respect, among other values.

For me, observation and awareness are key to continue evolving into the amazing being that you already are.

Observation happens outside of your mind, it allows you to look into what your mind is thinking and what your heart is feeling, and from there, decide your response.

Be willing to continuously check into your inner self to scan your emotions and your thoughts, to discover what is happening outside of you that is affecting your inside, and to become aware of your reactions and actions.

Your heart will guide you. Trust me that you will always know what is your truth if you continue observing and practicing to be.
