i am a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., specializing in Conscious-Centered Living.
It has taken me years to acknowledge the limitless beings that you and i are. i was lost in living for others, looking up to gurus and their methods, participating in courses, and reading books to follow steps that were not serving me. My life took me to extremes for me to discover the voice of my heart, and with it came wisdom, freedom, and truth.
i have been exploring, experiencing, and practicing being in my heart for several years. i have unlearned values and beliefs that are not me, re-discovering who i am.
i regained love and value for myself and recognized the freedom to be who i am without fear or limitations. Through the relationships i hold in my heart, i grow in my uniqueness, reinforcing my true leadership.

Once either one of the three energies of Love, Uniqueness, and Co-creation show up in your path, they remain within you, strengthening their individual and collective potential throughout your journey as they intermingle with each other and with the relationships you hold, fortifying your inner freedom, morality and sense of oneness, energizing you to continue evolving, and driving you to change the world from the inside out.
There are no defined steps to follow for you to learn or unlearn to be, other than willing to explore, experience, and practice observing what you live inside and outside of you and how you respond to what you are experiencing in the here and now. Hence, it is important to live in the moment, to flow with what happens to you, and to know that you do not know anything since you are just a student of your life.
You can read hundreds of books to support your growth, but none will tell you what to do for yourself. This knowledge can only come from you, as your path is uniquely yours.
Your leadership path is not linear; it is about evolving through your experiences and relationships. It is a spiral in which you grow into your spirit and, hence, into your individuality through your uniqueness.
