There are no defined steps to follow in order to learn or unlearn how to be, apart from a willingness to explore, to experience, and to practice observing yourself and your surroundings, and how you respond to the here and now. It’s life-changing when you live in the moment, flow with what is happening around you, and understand that you don’t know anything because you are merely a student of your life.
You can read hundreds of books to support your growth, but none will tell you what to do for yourself. This knowledge can only come from you, as your path is uniquely yours.
