What does it mean to live from the inside-out?
For me it means living from the heart
In the present moment
Observing the now for what it is bringing along.

Living from the inside-out is being a responsible human being
Responsible for your growth and expansion
Responsible for mother earth and everything and everyone on it
Because you are the change you want to see in the world.

Observation shows how what happens in the now
It shows us how we respond to the outside world
Learning not to judge and to share from the heart
To show up no matter what and flow with what time brings along.

Living from the inside-out is being you
Loving and valuing yourself
Being sovereign and expressing who you are
With an open heart, no matter what!
