It has already been 1 year since Dr. Ruben Perczek and I partnered in co-creation. As a coincidence, this is also the month where we at PiMOV are discovering about partnering with ourselves and others through The 7 Roots of Potential™ pathway.

The 7 Roots of Potential™ canvas has been created by Dr. Ruben Perczek as a pathway to see things differently to enhance our individual and collective evolution. It is an integral component of our community to uncover more about ourselves and what we are creating, expanding ourselves and reinforcing the iMPACT we are generating in this world.

I’ve always thought that with no evolution there is no iMPACT. Hence, the importance to integrate The 7 Roots of Potential™ canvas into our PiMOV community. Ruben and I met at a point in time where the Positive iMPACT Movement already existed. I had created it based on the necessity I had experienced of connecting and inspiring Socially-Conscious Change Makers like me, and of collaborating for the common goal of Positive iMPACT. However, I knew that I was missing the evolution part, which for me was tremendously critical.

Before we met, we both had gone through several “unfortunate” business partnerships. I mention them as “unfortunate” even if I believe that none is failure and all is for a reason. These partnerships have shown me much about myself, how I related to my project and to my partners. I learned to value and respect myself more, and also, to value and respect what I was creating. I discovered that it was something that no-one else could create the same way I did. My integrity toward myself and my project were reinforced through the observation of these partnerships and the relationship I held with myself.

When we met, we both were quite mature about the relationship and integrity we had with ourselves. Our beliefs systems and our vision of the future fit in unison. We became partners in co-creation of the Positive iMPACT Movement and its community. The 7 Roots of Potential™ pathway completes the movement’s pillars of Evolution, Community and iMPACT.

Collaboration is an integral part of the recipe for any successful relationship. For me collaboration is the action that defines and joins the poles of Evolution and iMPACT. With no collaboration, there is no expansion and no integration. It entails the respect of each of the people involved in a relationship, creating a linkage between them and defining the point of union as a third entity in the relationship. For us, this third entity is the PiMOV community, to which both of us provide who we are and what we create with love and respect for what we both are co-creating in partnership.

One year has passed since Ruben and I partnered. We continue with our spiralling quest of co-creation and co-evolution together with other like-minded co-creators: our members. Partnering is really a practice that cannot be learned. It is about discovering ourselves in integrity through the relationships we hold in this world. This is part of what we do at PiMOV.

I trust that what we are co-creating in integrity to ourselves will convey into the Positive iMPACT Movement that is meant to become.
